The Octagon Hall, Pavilion Gardens, Buxton SK17 6BE

The Octagon Hall is a large space, with a capacity of up to 1200 people. There is vehicle access to the doors and we can accommodate any size of booth or we can provide you with tables as needed. The Octagon is central to Buxton and has a lot of passing traffic as it faces out onto Buxton’s largest Park. Parking is available on-site.

The Pavillion Gardens has a large and highly engaged social media presence and our show will be extensively featured. There is no specific charge to join the show as an exhibitor, we do ask that you consider helping us defray the costs of the event (£2500-£4000) with a donation to Transition Buxton. If we are successful in making a surplus, this money will be used to fund energy saving projects in Buxton and seed the next edition of this show. The more money we raise the more we can promote the show. In return for your donation we will feature your logo on our show website and printed flyers.

Timings – Saturday 20 April 2024

You will be able to access the hall at 8:00am for set up, the show will open at 10:00am

The show will close at 4:30pm, we need to be out of the hall by 6:00pm
